What delivery options do you offer in Queenstown?

 We offer two options:

Next-Day Delivery – $14.99
Delivered between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to homes, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to businesses on the delivery date you choose.

Same-Day Delivery – $19.98
Available if you order before 1 p.m. local time. We deliver by 5 p.m. to business addresses and by 7 p.m. to residential ones.

Is there a late fee for next-day orders?

Yes. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. local time for next-day delivery will include a $4.99 surcharge.

Do you deliver on Sundays or holidays?

We don’t deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays, except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, even if they fall on a Sunday.

Do you deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, or offices in Queenstown?

Yes! We deliver to all types of locations. Just include the full name and address during checkout.

What happens if no one is available to receive the flowers?

You can leave delivery instructions (e.g. with a neighbor or in a safe place). If none are provided, our driver will use their best judgment based on weather, location, and safety.
